What are personal classes?
Personal training are classes held in student’s home, mostly at their preferred timings.
Is there any age limit? can women get trained?
Anyone above 13 years old can enroll, classes are open for women, majority of our students who are opting for weight loss and self defense are women.
Can i take a break after enrolling?
of course, you can take break and continue your classes.
What is a session duration?
A session spans between 1.30 Hrs to 1.45 Hrs
I am a complete beginner with no sporting background and I am not flexible Our training program is tailor made for every individual, all the training syllabus are designed keeping a complete beginner in mind.
Should i buy anything for training?
all you need to get is a Yoga mat and a place with little privacy.
